As Kiara walks around the swimming pool in her high heels when suddenly she gasps for air, grabs her chest and falls into the water. What follows is a long underwater scene. As Kiara walks around the swimming pool in her high heels when suddenly she gasps for air, grabs her chest and falls into the water. What follows is a long underwater scene. Soon her girlfriend finds her and jumps into the water to pull her out. She checks her vitals in the pool and starts MTM breathing immediately. Then she calls for more help. Their 3rd girlfriend and neighbor runs in and helps get Kiara out from the water.There are more underwater foot shots as they push the water out from Kiara’s chest and realize there is no pulse. They start the resuscitation procedure with MTM breathing and CPR with strong chest compressions. Soon they remove Kiara’s shirt and shorts too and... she is not wearing underwear. The resuscitation continues. Soon they get the AED machine and place the pads on Kiara’s chest. The AED is charged but there is no response following the shock. They continue the resus procedure with more MTM, CPR and defib shocks. Following many cycles of this, Kiara’s pulse returns and she wakes up. They thank the girls for helping her.
