The girls are having fun in the swimming pool. Lia and Viktoria get out of the pool for a couple of minutes leaving Kiara alone. When Kiara tries to get another drink she falls back into the water. Not very coordinated at this stage she starts having issues in the water and when the girls comes back she is just floating. The girls pull her out of the pool and call an ambulance.The parameds arrive soon after and check Kiara's vitals but can't locate the pulse. They begin pushing water out of her lungs (visible to camera) and start the resus procedure. The doctor starts CPR while the nurse places the ECG electrodes onto her chest and hooks her up to the heart monitor and starts bagging her. The resus continues with strong chest compressions and ambu bagging. The defibrillator is charged but there is no response following the shock. The medical team checks her pulse and steths for a heartbeat but there is no pulse. They must intubate her. When the ET tube is inserted, they tape it and restart the resus procedure. After many more cycles of CPR and defibrillation (from all camera angles) finally her pulse returns top normal. She cannot talk because of the ET tube, and looks around while attempting to touch the tube inserted in her mouth. The med team calms her by talking to her, but they must leave the ET tube inserted.
