(English Subtitles) Some people will do anything for some spare cash! In this experiment, The medical team injects a nano probe and guides it through Lia's coronary artery. At different points they test the effects the probe has on her heart and if it causes any heart attacks. They specifically focus on symptoms and the effects from different coronary artery blockages (MI). First the medical team preps her for the experience. Then they hook her up to the 7 lead ECG heart monitor of ECG electrodes, places BP cuff and O2 mask. The central IV and crash cart are prepped for the nano probe insertion.

Test #1: In the first phase of the test Lia has a left ventricular AMI with an artificially generated 80% coronary occlusion. Her heart rate rises significantly, she's breathless, gasping for air and sweating heavily. She has discomfort in her chest and shows signs of fear. The med team monitors her vitals, listens to her heart with steth and records all the data. They must unlock the occlusion before Lia's cardiac muscle is permanently damaged. When the occlusion is unlocked her vitals return to normal. CPR, Resus and DFIB are performed.

Test #2: Lia has an inferior right ventricular AMI with an artificially generated 90% coronary occlusion. Her heart rate suddenly goes very low, she feels nausea and very soon her heart goes to vfib than flat lines. The medical team starts the resus procedure with CPR and ambu bagging but fails to unlock the occlusion. The defibrillator is charged but there is no response after the shock. They perform a few more cycles until the patient's pule returns, but her vitals are the same, she feels very nauseous and is semi-conscious. Suddenly her heart flat lines again. The med team starts CPR and this time unlocks the occlusion immediately. Following a few more cycles of CPR-bagging and defibs the patient's pulse returns and her vitals are normal. She is ready for the next test.
