Heavy smoker Doctor Shelly is very-very nervous... she smokes alone behind the nurses speaking in the hall. Suddenly she has chest pains, gasps for air, and collapses. Three nurses run over to her to see what's wrong. They rush her to the ER room. They cut off Shelly's scrub suit and check her vital functions but she can't find a pulse. The nurses start resus immediately with hard chest compressions. They hook her up to the heart monitor and start ambu bagging.
