Custom Request: Step-Mom/Babysitter:
Step-Mom's playing with her baby, when she starts to smell something stinky. She asks them "do you need a diaper change?"
She sniffs around them and thinks maybe it is a fart "did you have a little toot" as she only changed them a while before that.
They continue playing whatever game.
The smell lingers; step-mom sniffs around the room in case anything was missed.. She then sniffs the baby's bottom then to see if it is a messy diaper. She does a diaper change then and sniff afterwards to ensure they are clean.
