Rescuers decide to intubate the girl, then place the endotracheal tube and continue with CPR and AMBU bagging. Several more shocks rock Alice's body, followed by deep compressions and AMBU. After numerous attempts and a long asystole, the doctors feel a shockable rhythm. After the last shocks from the defibrillator the girl recovers.
