In volume 1, Donna is sent to the Institute and made to strip naked and get into the required uniform as she is informed of the rules. One hour later, she is made aware of the consequences of breaking those rules. In the second scene, Donna is a secretary who has a choice of either being fired or a long painful hand-spanking over her pantyhose. The third scene is a topless strapping with Donna staring right into the lens.
