Für d ie Entwicklung eines Maultier ist es wichtig dass es in regelmäßigen Abständen an und über seine Grenzen gebracht wird. Ein Ritt über hügeliges Gelände eignet sich dafür natürlich vorzüglich. D ie wichtigste Regel dabei ist, d ie Grenzen setzte ich und nicht das Pony. Wie immer beginne ich langsam damit sich das Pony an d ie Belastung gewöhnt. Als der Gaul jedoch schon bei leichter Steigung erste Anzeichen von Erschöpfung mir vorgaukelt, wird mir bewusst, dass ich es hier mit nichts anderem als einem stinkfaulen aber begnadeten Simulanten zu tun habe. Mich zu täuschen, das haben schon ganz andere versucht und nicht geschafft. Aber dafür wird der mich jetzt von einer ganz anderen Seite kennenlernen. Durch energischen Einsatz von Gerte und Sporen bringe ich den Blender an den Punkt wo er vor Erschöpfung liegen bleibt. Jetzt habe ich ihn genau dort wo ich in haben wollte, und auch genug Gründe für eine Bestrafung d ie er so schnell nicht vergessen wird.
