Riley's still super well-hydrated, as evidenced by the stream of pee when she first sits down. Things still aren't moving super well, so she massages her stomach and tries to the plops out. Eventually some sludgy-sounding plops work their way out, accompanied by her heavy breathing as she tries to help them along.
