Sarah just got back from her nightly jog, but she is limping in. She cries and grimaces from the pain but manages to remove her shoe carefully and her sock. Her ankle is red and swollen. She applies some pain relieving cream but it hurts to touch it. She puts her ankle on ice for a bit, then wraps her poor ankle and covers the wrap with a medical ankle sock. Finally, she limps away still in horrible pain.
