Private Shepherd is called into see the new C.O who has a memo from the Commander regarding his behaviour on base. The C.O reads out the list and informs the Private that most of them are a court Martial Offence however, she has spoken with the Commander and they both agree that there is another way this matter can be resolved without bringing the name of the base into disrepute, this being good old fashioned Corporal Punishment.
