While I was inflating a bunch of balloons, I started to get light headed! So what did I decide to do? Hold my breath of course! Surrounded by balloons and breath holding, what a cute scene! I try to go for as long as possible each time and I really enjoy that euphoria you get when you initially start the breath hold. This video has no timer in case that is something you are not interested in!
