Coming in and plopping down, I express how freakishly thirsty I am. I grab My red glass bottle that is FULL of water and I start chugging. OMG, I needed that really bad! I'm super bad with staying hydrated, but this is Me, working on it. I keep chugging from the bottle, quenching My thirst slowly. I feel it hydrating every part of Me and it feels so good. My throat works hard to keep up with the chugging. But does a great job with the swallowing.
