I love this routine of how every time I blow up inflatables, I end up getting dizzy from all that oxygen and need to hold my breath. Oh noooo, darn! Hehe, just kidding. I will say that standing and breath holding is 10x more challenging, especially in heels. You can visibly see me grab the wall a couple times when I first start the breath holds due to dizziness from the breathing. I make sure on a couple times that I am fully oxygenated by breathing a bit extra. Oh yes, I definitely start to go topless around the second breath hold and pull my skirt down to show off my full belly!
