This has to be an ultimate form of! I got this little fan, but boy is it powerful! First, I try to keep My eyes open while putting the fan on different speed levels. Then I up the anti and hold My eyelids open, while putting the fan on different intensity levels. My eyes start to water and makeup tears down My face!
