I have these wonderful large pillows from my big red couch! I decided to utilize one for this video. I arch my back over it, while topless, and take a few breaths before inhaling as much air as I can and holding my breath. I do my absolute best to go as long as I can, even when my lungs so desperately want me to inhale. Enjoy! This video includes a timer, in case you were curious how well I did!
