I decided to do a series of different workouts. All body weight basic movements. So try and keep up. I wanted to see how many of these movements I could do in 6 min. In this particular part of the series, I do tabata plank holds. Meaning I hold the plank for 20 seconds, rest for 10. For 6 min. It was brutal, but Im in great shape!
