We all know how much I love to experiment with blowing up inflatable and breath holding. I've learned from doing videos of blowing up an inflatable that I tend to create the same result as hyperventilating. My fingers get tingly and I get light headed. So to fix this dilemma, I will hold My breath as long as possible until My stomach is contracting and I can push it no longer. And I always tend to get some great times!
