I realize that it's a great way to hold your breath when you are inflating any inflatable. What I'm doing today is inflating four medium sized beach balls. Do you ever notice when you are trying to blow something up that you get very light headed? Because you are technically hyperventilating. So after each beach ball that I blow up, I hold my breath for as long as I possibly can! Each time is longer than the last time too! I'm getting pretty darn good at this!
