I notice it's crooked and starting to bruise and I'm in sheer anguish I call My nurse friend and have her help Me walk through how to fix it Myself since I do not have money to go to the hospital. She begrudgingly agrees and tells Me I need to pop it back into place. I do so with a loud SNAP and cry out! She encourages Me to go to the hospital and I relent that I cannot. So she informs Me to splint it and get some pain meds. I hobble and around, in so much pain, crying to find all the items needed for the splint and thank her and get off the phone. I make a make shift splint and wrap it in an ace bandage so that My four smaller toes are free and wiggle. While the big toe sticks strait up and you can see the bruised tip.
