I'm trying to be a little more active right now. I notice that my strength in the legs has decreased somewhat and my muscles showing weakness... It's no wonder given the weight, hihi. I can no longer climb stairs without holding onto a railing and pulling up. And I also took the doctor's conversation to heart recently. I don't want to lose weight, but I want to stay fat and fit. So I try and try to get myself to run more and go up stairs. If I wont practise this, I am sure, I am soon too fat to walk.
