After Spraining my Ankle there is still work to be done. First I Crutch all the way to the Mail box, then I put the hose back where it goes then I pick up some items that are spread throughout the yard. I hate a messy yard.Crutching all the way throughout, It's harder then you think and it takes a lot out of ya so when I'm done I will elevate it and ice it down
