After a few questions and a brief exam of her abdomen, he tells her to take her clothes off and put on the hospital gown so that he can do a more thorough job. Of course he's not at all happy that she isn't properly prepared. Its the end of the day, he wants to go home, and now he has to give her the enema prep himself! Dr. Fish looks in her ears, takes her pressure and then has her roll over for the dreaded rectal temperature. He spreads her bottom apart and inserts the glass thermometer.
