We find Denise Rowe and her stepdaughter, Tori, early one morning, having an awful row (or is that rowe?) over Tori's whining to get out of going to school for an exam. Tori complains of constipation. Denise tells Tori that if she doesn't get moving (in more ways than one) she'll be facing a different kind of "exam" - at the hands of Dr. Fish at the Public Health Service! Denise and Tori have both been there before and don't relish a return visit.
