Dr. Albert Fish greets the girls in the waiting room and gives them a health summary to fill out. Dr. Fish soon escorts Regan back to the exam room where he reviews her history and proceeds to examine her. He skirt and blouse come off and soon he is having her lower them for the dreaded rectal temperature. While that's being done, he administers a shot in her bare bottom. The Public Health Department is very thorough and two enemas must be administered before the pelvic and rectal exam can be completed. Regan claims to have never had an enema before and complains.
