Shellene (playing the Dark-Knight Damsel) runs afoul of noted mobster Tony Scarducci. Tony jumps our fair heroine as she finishes a call to headquarters checking in. Coming at her from behind, he manages to snatch away our crimefighter's prized utility belt before she can draw forth any of its wondrous weapons. Taking our heroine prisoner, he handcuffs her and takes some rope and binds her ankles together.
