Diana and Steve are hot on the trail of Omega, a powerful telepathic-powered villain who has been robbing banks in the Las Vegas area for weeks. Steve and Diana dust a stack of hundred-dollar bills with radioactive powder, then use a geiger counter to track the bills across town to a swanky hotel after the money is stolen at another of the bank heists. Following the trail to a locked security door, Steve goes around to search for another way in while Diana guards the entrance. An untimely appearance by one of Omega's mercenary operatives leads to a fight between Diana and the soldier for hire....

Following the trail to a locked security door, Steve goes around to search for another way in while Diana guards the entrance. An untimely appearance by one of Omega's mercenary operatives leads to a fight between Diana and the soldier for hire. Unable to find the time to spin-change into Diana, she is to subdue him with ninjitsu in her nonpowered identity. Unfortunately Diana lets her guard down too soon after the mercenary falls and after he recovers (by feigning quick defeat in order to recuperate from her ninkitsu strike) he ambushes Diana from behind in a powerful bearhug. Soon the sexy I.A.D.C. agent is having the wind crushed out of her lungs! Fortunately as the mercenary is spinning Diana around in the bearhug she has enough centrifugal that she is able to effect a transformation into her secret identity and while the henchman stares in slack-jawed wonder at this transformation Lady Liberty is able to subsequently defeat the mercenary operative with ease. Binding his wrists with the golden lasso, she interrogates him about the mysterious Omega, but he admits under the power of the lasso's magic that he has never actually *met* Omega in real life. All of their business is conducted through intermediaries.

Steve, re-entering the room after searching for an alternate entrance, is astonished to now find Lady Liberty and one of Omega's top operatives instead. Marveling at the amazing amazon's timeliness, he says that all they need to do is find Diana and then the 'three' of them can go stop Omega. That is when the bound mercenary makes a devastating proclamation....

"Heh heh heh! You stupid capitalist fool! Diana IS Lady Liberty! I saw this foolish whore change with my own eyes!"

The amazing amazon, after savagely kicking the mercenary in the ribs to shut him up, is now stuck with a terrible situation, one which may eventually lead to Lady Liberty losing her closest friend, her subsequent feelings of alienation and morbid depression, and then the telepathic OMEGA mentally contacting the estranged amazon and making the emotionally-vulnerable Lady Liberty an offer to 'provide a permanent telepathic solution' to all of Diana's current 'identity crisis' problems... if only the once-noble Lady Liberty will use all of her amazonian powers TO COMMIT CRIMES AND STEAL FOR OMEGA! If not, the fate of poor Lady Liberty's long-time secret identity will be too terrible to even consider! Can Diana do it, can Diana turn the tables on Omega and her lusty henchman and win the day, or is her secret going to become public knowledge and her career ruined as she is to return back to Paradise Island as a complete failure?
