The City Counsel has passed a new ordinance, every Super Heroine must pass a test & get a license to fight crime in the City. The Police Chief tells Power Babe ( Ultra Sexy Hannah Perez) about it. She isn't really happy about it & wonders why only Super Heroines & not Super Hero's have to be licensed. She meets the Licensing official, Mr. Bloomski. She remembers him from a Comic Con & that he seems to really like her. It creeps her out. They start with the test & it has some odd questions. She ends up needing further testing.
