Scarlett is trying to get out of this realm, in order to do so, she must go through a door that is 1/10th of her size. She finds a small bottle that reads "drink me" but she's too suspicious to drink it first. It's your responsibility to guide her through this reality and you want her to trust you; so somehow she manages to convince you to drink it first. One small sip and your vision instantly becomes distorted; seconds later, you're naked, trying to climb out of your old shirt.
