Fluffy is just showing up to his Doctor's appointment before he is unknowingly snuck up on by Jenny and Sully. Disguised as nurses, they inject something that causes Fluffy to quickly fall resting. The second Fluffy is resting, Jenny and Sully drag him off to have some fun with him.

Fluffy wakes up to find himself strapped down to a gynecologists table, completely naked in what looks like doctors office to find Jenny and Sully bedside laughing at his predicament while adjusting his straps.
