I know it's been a while since I used the home gym but seesh! I didn't realise working on pure cardio would have just a hit to my strength!
Adorning full tight lycra gym clothing I attempt to do some lifting, difference is... I cant.
No matter how much I pant, shout, moan, squeal, struggle and push myself as hard as I can, I just cannot do it
