This hood. Wow! Just the right amount of restriction. I could wear this all night. The way it clings to my face when I breathe in. And if I find I'm still getting too much air I can always plug the hole. It really puts me in the zone. I have also inserted a bullet vibe so I can focus more on how much I love this mask...
