If you can catch the shrinking antidote in towering, Amazon Goddess Blondi's hands; she will allow you to drink it and return to a height of standard and worth! But if you can't... then you're simply doomed to become even smaller. She enjoys this game, as she makes you jump hopelessly to try and get the antidote from her clutches. But it is useless.
