As you may know, I like My men strong, so they may be able to easily complete any kind of manual labor I would like them to do. I also enjoy watching men do pushups. So, that's what you're going to be doing.

First, I'm going to entertain Myself by providing some resistance; by stepping on you, sitting on you, and kneeling on you.

Then, since you obviously need to work up to being able to do more of that, I just want you to keep doing pushups, following My instructions as to how. And when you can't do any more, I want you to just lie there, prostrate to Me, where you belong.
