Before filming I always eat a nutritious meal. This morning I'm eating some sprouted grain toasty (very dense, chewy & crispy) with various spreads. I chew mostly with my mouth open, sometimes even pulling my lips back to give you a great view of my molars really tearing that food up. This toast is nice & loud as I really crunch down on it. My teeth & mouth are really large, you can really see that in the size bites I take! Yum.
