I just got a new, very fancy, sonicare toothbrush!! I'm so excited!! I floss my teeth first, talk about my teeth whitening goals- then I open up the instructions for brushing with this device. Once I figure it out, I start the "clean" cycle. The brush vibrates to let me know when to move to the next section of my mouth. I get very thoroughly clean, and then I do the "whitening" cycle which is recommended for those who want a brighter smile. See what I think of this new electric toothbrush!
