Yesterday night I drank a lot of alcohol and forgot to take my invisalign out. When I came home I was so tired and silly I didn't even brush my teeth! I'm so disgusting! This morning when I woke up my breath was so stinky and smelly, and my invisalign too! When I finally took it out it was all yellow and stinky! It made me gag! So I had to clean it but it wasn't helpful, it still smells so bad!
