Patricia regularly bullies her lodger, Fiona, but one day this degenerates into a brawl. Fiona received a sound caning from Norman for her involvement in this (see The Cane and the Pretty Lodger). Now Norman has to deal with Patricia, his girl friend. She is stunned when he tells her that she is due for a sound caning as well but Norman's heart is hard and the cane is put to good work. (CA21)
