That means crutching out bare toed with half her cast sticking out of her cut away jeans leg because a protective sock over her toes will just soak through. One outside its cold and wet and her poor toes feel it! As she worried about people are also checking her naked tootsies out as she crutches by dodging traffic in public. Someone stops her to ask questions and and she has to stop and answer it. Occasionally she finds a spot to stop, rest and put her naked foot up (some nice closeups in this one in multiple places).
