Today I am showing you exactly what kind of workout I do for my butt.
If you want to tone and make your butt perfectly round these are the exercises you should be doing. I include a variety of squats and leg lifts into this workout. This workout is done in real time and you are meant to work out with me. I explain everything I am doing as I go along to make it as easy as I can for you to follow along. I wanted this to be something that everyone can do and that is why the exercises are simple but very efficient.
