I expected a very hard challenge! Those are the roles of the challenge:

-Film the whole thing standing up
-First smoke the unfiltered 100 cigarette
-Then smoke 3 of your usual 100's cigarettes all the way down to the filter
-Each time you take a drag, you take a big inhale and then hold the smoke in your lungs for 5 seconds. Then exhale.
-You aren't allowed to take a breath in between drags on your cigarette.
-Light the first cigarette (the unfiltered 100) with a lighter. The next three cigarettes, you light from the end of the previous cigarette....

-After you're done smoking your last cigarette, you spend a few minutes answering the following questions:

1. How do your lungs feel? Your throat? Your heart? Your head?
2. What was the hardest part? Was it the first cigarette (the unfiltered 100)? Or was it the last cigarette?
3. How long do you think you will wait before you smoke another cigarette?
4. What types of things in your normal life are harder and cause you to get out of breath because of your smoking? Walking up the stairs? Going for a walk? Anything else?
5. You are someone who is in excellent shape. What scares you the most about your smoking habit?
6. With the Coronavirus going around, do you think 6 months from now you'll be smoking more, less or the same as you do right now?

I am wearing a low-cut shirt and I am excited to try this new challenge, but I am scared about what it will do to my lungs. I am standing up. I light the first cigarette, and I inhale the smoke deeply into my lungs. I hold the smoke in my lungs for about 5 seconds and then exhale. Then, without taking a breath of air, I take another big inhale and hold the smoke deeply in my lungs for about 5 seconds before I exhale. I keep doing this until the whole cigarette is done.

At this point, I am getting very light-headed. But being the heavy smoker that I am, I keep going! Using my first cigarette to light my second cigarette, I do it again. Big inhale...hold the smoke in my lungs for 5 seconds...exhale...then take another drag without taking a breath of air. I do this until my second cigarette is done.

By this point, I am very very light-headed, my throat is sore, and I am out of breath. I have to sit down! But I keep smoking! Using my second cigarette to light my third cigarette.

After my third cigarette is done, my body is begging me to stop smoking and to give it a break. My emphysema-scarred lungs have never taken this type of before. Can I complete this challenge??? My body feels terrible, my lungs feel horribly!
