It's taken me longer than I'd like to get back on my feet after having an operation but here I am and it's finally time for another weight update!
I'm still pretty confined as to what I am allowed to do for another 5-6 weeks so pretty much since mid September I have been relaxing and taking it easy so it'll be interesting to see what all this R&R has done to my waistline!
