We begin with the Hero Pose that opens up the hips and legs. Then we come onto our backs for the Single Leg Stretch of both legs. After we move into the Upward Facing Double Leg Stretch as best as you can. Then coming up into a sitting position we will do the Sitting Forward Bend Series which consists of the left/right leg Single Forward Bend and Double leg Forward Bend.
