This short workout is designed for anyone who has a good level of fitness already, and is looking to explore new ways to exercise. We will use some familiar moves to anyone who has taken a fitness class- bicycles and planks, to name a few- while adding in some techniques from breakdancing- two step and six step. The focus will be to never stop moving- in this video I maintain a two step (stepping side to side) when not doing other movements, but this can be modified to suit each viewer's needs.
