If yoga is the path to the TRUE SELF then the question is where is the path or which path is the right one. Today we experiment with a dancing path. This class invites the practitioner to begin work on carving out their own path. We begin with a basic warm up, and then the practitioner is invited to meld with and explore the space around them. The same old bedroom, yard or street suddenly is seen through fresh eyes as we learn to see and experience these spaces with movement.
