In this video, we will go over a few ways to break down rhythm and understand it. Once we recognize basic patterns in music, it becomes much easier to dance to them! We will be sticking to a basic 8-count pattern which is very common in popular music, and go over a few variations. This is designed for people who are beginners in dance, or those who need a refresher course.
