Using movements from another dance style in street dance, we will find other ways to move and become more aware of our bodies. We will focus on arm waves, and what is an "in" wave vs. an "out" wave, and how breathing comes into play. It is recommended that you do not practice in front of a mirror, and that you use a yoga mat or other non-slippery surface to stand on. If you have had any type of shoulder or back injury in the past, please be extra aware and do not over-exert yourself. As always, go at your own pace, and have fun!
