The poses are also mostly passive and we are not pushing the body to stretch out but we are slowly letting gravity do its work. Most of the poses will be on the ground and will require almost no muscle strength. Mental strength will be needed to stay focused on the breath, body and present moment as well as to let go into the floor a little more breath by breath. This yoga class will also help you regenerate energies and waking up the fire of breath inside of you and simply letting the energy flow throughout the body with poses that facilitate its circulation.
