Elisa is in the OR for breast injury and the nurses prepare her. She is already hooked up to a heart monitor with the BP cuff is on. The nurse puts the transparent mask onto her face. Elisa doesn't like it but accedes to it. They start the intubation procedure. After that the other nurse sterilizes the area and the patient is ready for surgery. They are just finished with the operation when Elisa's heart flatlines. The team starts resusc with CPR, bagging and more defibrillations.
