This is Zuzu's brainchild and she pushes Kelly to help. Zuzu just doesn't appreciate how stressful this is for Kelly and doesn't know about Kelly's latent heart condition. As they get into the unlocked office, Zuzu gets Kelly to search the files while Zuzu stands guard outside. As Kelly searches, her pulse is running, and she is close to gasping for air because of the stress. Meanwhile, Zuzu decides she is going to be cute, and as a joke she runs in to Kelly and screams: "Run! The teachers are coming!" This is too much for Kelly's poor heart. As she collapses to the floor and terrified Zuzu watches her last 2-3 gasps for air she runs out and screams for help as Kelly's heart stops. School Physician in attendance Nicky arrives with Zuzu to check Kelly. She realizes she has no pulse and starts CPR immediately while calling for backup. Zuzu also assists her. Nurse Betsy arrives with AED and they follow the machines instructions: remove clothing from person's chest; cut through Kellys shirt and bra; place AED pads placed on her chest. The AED is charged and following the first shock there is no response. Kelly's CPR and MTM breathing continues with deep and strong chest compressions on this rather thin girl. They call again for the ambulance to hurry up because Kelly is not reacting and they are beginning to panic! So the nurses switch position for CPR and MTM. Zuzu also helps them with MTM. Many rounds of CPR and MTM later, in addition to more AED shocks finally get her pulse to returns and she begins breathing normally again.
